    Annika’s love for marketing runs deep — so much so that she hosts her own marketing podcast, now several seasons strong. Outside of work, she enjoys discovering new places through travel and, when projects allow, blends work and travel in a part-time remote setup.

    Teemu has a long-standing background in strategic marketing planning and improving marketing effectiveness , having worked with dozens of different local and global marketers across industries. He’s especially passionate about the architecture of modern influence models and how they shape behavior. Having spent over a decade in leadership at an international media agency network, he has developed a strong perspective on where modern marketing is headed.

    As a strategist, Teemu sees his strengths in the ability to interpret the story behind data and to use that insight to build scenario-based plans. He approaches every client challenge with curiosity and dedication — the same passion he brings to playing recreational ice hockey in his free time.
